The swift and secure delivery of every item that we sell is very important to us. Therefore, we cut no corners when it comes to shipping your items.
We currently dispatch all orders within one working day via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery Services. This service allows parcel tracking from the moment your item(s) leave pemlosa.

Please read carefully the applicable section below - International Shipping or Domestic/Local Shipping (UK Only).

International Shipping is complicated as a result of import duties and taxes in your own country, therefore pemlosa will usually request your approval (via email) to send items.

!! The international shipping cost and item cost you pay on this website is based on International Tracked & Signed delivery, and the weight of the shipment. This cost does NOT include local duties and taxes (your country) that you will likely incur.

!! Seperate duties and taxes are levied by Customs in the destination/receiving country (your country) and the receiver (you), is responsible for paying them.

!! You are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate.

!! You may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the destination/receiving country (your country) before you can claim the parcel.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address you supplied when completing your order upon dispatch of your items.
